What Do Your Reports Say About You?

Let's face it- report writing is probably not your favorite part of the job. However, it is one of the most important functions you perform as a security professional.

A well-written report can help your organization defend itself against lawsuits, provide information to prosecute criminal offenders or identify problems.

You never know which report will be the one that ends up being reviewed by regulators, attorneys, or law enforcement.

Ultimately, the quality of your report reflects upon you as a security professional.

Dave Corbin, CPP, CHPA

I developed this course to help security professionals at all levels learn how to write an effective security report. A great report reflects well upon you, your department, and your organization. It can also help open doors for new opportunities down the road.

I started my career as a Loss Prevention Associate at Sears over two decades ago. I learned report writing through trial and error (and error, and error). Since then, I have written thousands of reports, became a security leader, and a professional educator.

My goal is to take my boots on the ground knowledge and my experience as a security leader to deliver a course that helps you write better reports- plain and simple.

A Major Source of Frustration for
